AML
Bahisov operates in compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations. Our goal is to ensure transparency in user transactions, detect suspicious activities, and cooperate with the relevant authorities.
What is Money Laundering?
Money laundering is the process of disguising illegally obtained funds to make them appear legitimate. This is often done by concealing the source or transferring the funds across different channels or jurisdictions.
Key Elements of Our AML Policy
- Bahisov requires mandatory customer identity verification (KYC).
- Additional documents (passport, ID, utility bill, bank statement, etc.) may be requested for high-risk transactions.
- All suspicious transactions are reviewed by the Risk Team.
- Before withdrawals are processed, customer deposits, gaming activity, and payment methods are verified.
- Whenever possible, funds must be returned to the original payment method used for deposits.
Risk Management
- A risk profile is created and regularly updated for each customer.
- Users from high-risk countries are not accepted.
- Unusual transaction volumes, inconsistent deposit/withdrawal activity, or suspicious gaming patterns are subject to enhanced due diligence.
Employee Responsibilities
- Bahisov employees must immediately report any suspicious activities to the AML Officer.
- Customers must not be informed about AML investigations (“tipping off” is strictly prohibited).
- Regular AML awareness training is provided to all staff.
Record Keeping
- All customer transaction records and KYC documents are kept for at least 6 years.
- Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) are strictly confidential and only shared with the relevant authorities.
Conclusion
Bahisov enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and terrorism financing. All transactions are monitored in line with international regulations and license requirements.
